Dear Friends and Supporters of Michael New (and of the Constitution):

Tomorrow, Friday, April 20, the US Supreme Court will "review" the case of Michael New.

This is a crescendo, a wave that will either propel us forward, or dash us on the rocks.  It all rides on this vote.  If four (4) of the justices vote to grant our petition, and to hear oral arguments, then we go forward one more time.  Up until now, it did not matter if we won or lost, we always had another round to go.

Well, now, it matters.  If we lose this one, it appears we will have spent the last 11.5 years fighting for the sovereignty of our military and our nation for nothing.  The four votes are not cast "for" or "against" our case, but simply whether they deem that our arguments are compelling enough to grant further review.

Your prayers are appreciated, for it now is in the hands of nine old men in black dresses, and God.  But... not in that order!

PS.  Whether we win or not, the bills from the lawyers are now coming due for some very heavy legal work they have been doing over the past three months, and hopefully, will be doing for the months to come.  Some of you have asked how that's going, so the answer is that now would be a good time to drop us a contribution.  We'll be more than happy to send you a copy of the book, the DVD, the calendar, whatever we have that you don't, without regard to the amount.  It's our way of saying thank you.

PPS.  And don't forget - a free copy of the book, MICHAEL NEW -- Mercenary... or American Soldier?, is waiting for any person in the military, the reserves, the national guard, or police service.  Just go to the website and ask, or send us your mailing address and tell us what branch the unit in which you are serving.  If you know someone in the military, encourage them to ask for their free book.
