To All Who Value a Sovereign USA:
On 24 December we were finally able to mail a Freedom of Information (FOIA) request to the Pentagon, asking a series of questions which we hope will help us make it clear that justice was thwarted in 1996 when Army SPC4 Michael New was court-martialed for the crime of wanting to serve his own country. We don't expect any answers to those questions prior to late February, or maybe into March, but the process is once again activated.
Justice is not served when a US soldier can be forced to serve under United Nations command, particularly when the deployment in question is illegal according to our own laws (UN Participation Act of 1945). President Bill Clinton broke the law with the Able Sentry deployments into Macedonia. When one soldier questioned the authority, the Army finally learned (for the first time after three years of deployments) that it was based not upon law but upon an executive order, Presidential Decision Directive #25 (PDD25). Once classified, that document is now availble, and proves that President Clinton lied to Congress, and that the deployment was not legal. It also proves that SPC New understood the issues then, and the implications for us today.
A soldier's career was destroyed, but the Clinton reaction then was the same as it is now: "What does it matter?"
We say it DOES matter when you force Americans to fight, to bleed and to die for some globalist agenda which neither Congress nor the American People have approved. What SPC New was saying in 1995-96 was that if we don't curb this now, then in the future we'll find American soldiers and sailors in all kinds of international turmoils under foreign command and control, implementing global agendas, but dying all the same - for the New World Order.
