MICHAEL NEW ACTION REPORT          August 2014

Perpetual War for Perpetual Peace

George Orwell used that phrase in his famous prophetic book, 1984, and how true it has become.  America seems bent on keeping us involved in wars around the world, as if never-ending war was the goal.  And considering Eisenhower’s solemn warning upon departing office, “Beware the Military-Industrial Complex,” it may well be the goal of many in Washington, D.C.

Even as we pull out of Iraq, having absolutely screwed up the entire nation and left them in a quagmire of terror worse than when we invaded them when Saddam Hussein was in power, we seem to be headed for some kind of conflict with Russia.  Senator John McCain is pushing hard for military intervention in the Ukraine €“ this being the same McCain who supported the rebels when they broke away from Russia.  The only good thing about Obama being president is that McCain isn’t!  McCain has never seen a war he didn’t like.

The propaganda coming from Ukraine (on both sides) is totally unreliable.  The American media are pimping for yet another war, and once again, you can bet it won’t be a constitutional war €“ Congress won’t be asked to declare war.  No, it will be based upon a resolution to be passed by the Security Council of the United Nations.

How can you tell when a war is for an ulterior motive?  It‘s a principle of National Warfare that one does not start a war one is not prepared to win.  In the New World Order, wars don’t need to be won by either side €“ what’s important is that more and more precedent is established for the U.N. taking unilateral action and deciding who should invade, who should be invaded, etc.  In other words, the United Nations wins either way.  Just as the international bankers win in every war, so do the globalist power brokers.

We had neither the will to win nor the desire to win in our military incursions into Iraq and Afghanistan.  You can bet the farm that we will have no desire to win in Ukraine, either.  Instead, we will back the wrong side, as we seem to always do, muck it up, and then abandon it with the people worse off then they were before.

Most supporters of Army SPC Michael New, who was court-martialed for refusing to deploy under the United Nations on a mission into Macedonia, understand that his primary motive revolved around the sovereignty of the USA, and the principle that “if you can force Americans to serve under a foreign power, then we are not a free nation, we are a conquered nation.”

The blue beret and the UN Patch on the shoulder were too blatant — the government miscalculated how much the American people would tolerate.  So Michael New won his battle with the blue hat, but he lost the war.  WE lost the war.  You don’t see Americans in blue berets on battlefields today, but you do see them wearing  “expeditionary force patches” on their right shoulders.  Today we have combat troops in over 100 countries.  None of them are there under a congressional declaration of war.  Most of them are there at the behest of the United Nations, under the questionable color of international law.

Michael New saw this coming.  He took a stand by refusing to obey a direct order, which he considered unlawful.  (How many soldiers read the Field Training Manual, given to every one of them in Basic Training, ON LEADERSHIP?  It says specifically that a soldier should not obey an order he believes to be unlawful.)

We’re watching the current rogue administration deliberately destroy the morale of our fighting forces; supplying and financing terrorists around the world; waging a war on Christians worldwide and at home; and leaving our borders open to invading hordes of future voters for the Democrats €“ swelling the ranks of the Entitlement Constituency.

In summary, we are watching the deliberate destruction of a nation, and Republicans have done little to reverse the trend.

While we persist in filing FOIA requests to various departments of Defense and Army, we are watching the prophetic nature of Mike’s stand come true, as the New World Order appears to be gaining ground in every arena, every day.  But, because we believe our stand to be correct in Constitutional Law, and consistent with obedience to our God, we believe that “duty is ours, victory belongs to God.”   We don’t quit the battle just because things look grim.  “It’s not over until we quit.”

We are giving away a lot of books to troops.  We are seeing more Americans awake to the dangers than at any time in American history.  And YOU are making that possible.  If you want a free copy of the book and/or video documentary about Mike’s case, please ask, and get as many as you think you can put into the hands of our military and of young people considering enlistment.

For a Constitutional Republic, under God, once again,

Daniel New

PS.  Stuart Rhodes, founder of Oathkeepers, told us that Mike’s stand inspired him to start that organization.  We are honored, as should you be, for you have made it all possible.  Thank you!
